Returns Policy

At Cabuks, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, please note the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns are accepted, but the logistics cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a verification process to ensure it meets the following criteria:

1. The product must be in its original packaging along with all original components.
2. The product must be unused and unworn.
3. The product tag must remain intact. If the tag has been removed or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.

If the returned product meets all the above conditions, the refund will be processed within 10-20 business days.
